Responsibilities:

1. Lead team members in developing project plans, optimizing processes, conducting milestone reviews, and ensuring work plans are completed on time.
2. Responsible for daily project follow-ups, management, and implementation tasks.
3. Coordinate, interface, and follow up on various tasks within the project.
4. Drive communication and coordination within the project team, establishing clear, transparent, and efficient communication mechanisms.
5. Coordinate resources to address issues that arise during the project, ensuring smooth project completion.
6. Organize project meetings, maintain meeting records, archive them, and follow up on subsequent progress.

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years of experience in the embedded systems or internet industry, with over 3 years of project management experience.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent organizational planning and management abilities, as well as risk and quality management skills.
3. Responsible and proactive in work, open to exploring new things, strong execution skills, and adaptability.
4. Able to handle work pressure, with resilience and multitasking abilities.
5. PMP certification is preferred; experience in equipment project management is a plus.
