Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for company product solutions and corresponding projects, as well as product delivery and daily maintenance management.
- Lead the discovery, analysis, and implementation of product requirements during actual project processes to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with business personnel to provide appropriate product solutions based on different customer application scenarios, creating market and vertical application profiles.
- Maintain customer relationships during product sales and implementation to support business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field.
- CET-6 certification, excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, proactive approach, excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution skills.
- Strong product logic thinking, sensitivity to product features.
- Proficient in computer network knowledge.
