Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for company product solutions and corresponding projects, as well as product delivery and daily maintenance management.
  2. Lead the discovery, analysis, and implementation of product requirements during actual project processes to ensure project success.
  3. Collaborate with business personnel to provide appropriate product solutions based on different customer application scenarios, creating market and vertical application profiles.
  4. Maintain customer relationships during product sales and implementation to support business expansion.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field.
  2. CET-6 certification, excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with outstanding communication skills.
  3. Strong customer service orientation, proactive approach, excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution skills.
  4. Strong product logic thinking, sensitivity to product features.
  5. Proficient in computer network knowledge.
