Responsibilities:
- Lead team members in developing project plans, optimizing processes, conducting milestone reviews, and ensuring work plans are completed on time.
- Responsible for daily project follow-ups, management, and implementation tasks.
- Coordinate, interface, and follow up on various tasks within the project.
- Drive communication and coordination within the project team, establishing clear, transparent, and efficient communication mechanisms.
- Coordinate resources to address issues that arise during the project, ensuring smooth project completion.
- Organize project meetings, maintain meeting records, archive them, and follow up on subsequent progress.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in the embedded systems or internet industry, with over 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent organizational planning and management abilities, as well as risk and quality management skills.
- Responsible and proactive in work, open to exploring new things, strong execution skills, and adaptability.
- Able to handle work pressure, with resilience and multitasking abilities.
- PMP certification is preferred; experience in equipment project management is a plus.
